I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the city as it is close to all the major attractions. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated the free tea and coffee available at all times.

Its central location near the Saint Isaac Sbor and other key landmarks means you can easily explore the city on foot, without needing to take the subway. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing good service throughout our stay. The breakfast, although limited for vegan options, was adapted by a helpful lady named Evelina to ensure I could enjoy it.

The staff was very accommodating and extremely welcoming. The room was well-equipped and included tea/coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast menu had a nice variety of options to choose from each day.

There was no soundproofing whatsoever, meaning every little noise could be heard from the neighboring rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel was below par - we found hair on the bed sheets, which is unacceptable.
